Lakers Hockey Club Association

This registration session will allow you to sign up to participate in the Spring 2023 season, complete contact information and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard or Discover information available.

Each player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this registration session to sign up for the Spring Season.

• Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received.

Spring Fees

• $540 for players
• $270 for goalies
• $165 equipment fee for new players
  • Includes 3 jerseys and 3 pairs of socks

Spring Payment Options

There are two (2) Payment Option Available for Spring Season

1. Pay in Full (CC option)

• By choosing this payment option, you will submit the total due for the season online upon completion of this registration. 
  • Customer is responsible for covering all processing, convenience, or transaction fees associated with this payment option.
  • Processing fees are 3.25% of the entire season cost + $1.50 per transaction. 

2. Pay in Full (By Check option)

• By choosing this payment option, you will submit the total due for the season ($540 for players or $270 for goalies) by 02/28/23 to remain on the roster. 
  • There are NO PROCESSING FEES via this payment. 
  • All Checks must be received by 02/28/23 to remain on the roster.
    • If not paid in full, players may lose their spot to registrants on the wait list.
    • Players will not be allowed to participate in evaluations until fees are paid in full.

Delinquent Payments/Insufficient Funds

Players with an outstanding balance from a previous/current season(s) will not be allowed to register for the Spring season until payment in full has been made.

Any charges incurred for non-sufficient funds by Lakers Hockey Club, or the companies involved in arranging payment, will be charged to your account.  Failure to comply with the fee agreement will result in an immediate suspension from Lakers Hockey Club privileges and activities, plus additional fees incurred by the organization.
 

Spring Refund Policy
It is the policy of Lakers Hockey Club that any player’s fee paid will be refunded only if the refund is requested before the close of registration on 02/24/23. There will be no refunds after 02/24/23 and NO refunds issued for injuries, suspensions or withdrawal from the program during the season. Under no circumstance will the USA Hockey Membership fee be refunded.

Lakers will participate in the West Meadows Spring Hockey League. The season begins the week of 3/19/23 and ends before 05/29/23. This includes: 8 Hockey Games

• 4 Home games
• 4 Away games

Spring Practices

• 1-2 Practices per week
• Skills practice every other week
• Goalie Skills weekly
